On October 15, the "2020 China Chemical Industry Park and Industry Development Forum" sponsored by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government of Fujian Province and China Chemical Industry Economic and Technological Development Center was held in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. The working committee of chemical industry park of China Federation of petroleum and chemical industry (hereinafter referred to as the park Committee) released the list of top 30 chemical parks and top 10 potential chemical parks at the forum.

As the only professional organization to guide the development of chemical industry park in China, the park Committee has played a great role in promoting the standardization, green and intelligent development of chemical industry park. The park Committee has conducted a comprehensive investigation and statistics on the industrial economy, infrastructure, ecological environment and resource utilization, safety emergency and public awareness, park management innovation ability and integration of industrialization and industrialization, etc., and has established a comprehensive evaluation system for the park to scientifically and objectively evaluate the development level of domestic chemical industry parks. （1） Strong industrial foundation and strong profitability

The top 30 chemical industry parks will achieve a total petrochemical sales revenue of 2.75 trillion yuan in 2019, accounting for 22.4% of the national petrochemical industry sales revenue; the top 30 chemical industry parks will achieve a total Petrochemical profit of 173.7 billion yuan in 2019, accounting for 26% of the total profits of the national petrochemical industry. The profit margin of the top 30 chemical industry parks is 6.3%, which is one percentage point higher than the average profit rate of the whole industry of 5.3%.

（2） Perfect infrastructure and intensive land use

By the end of 2019, the top 30 chemical industry parks have completed 4122.3 billion yuan of fixed assets investment, including 379.6 billion yuan of fixed assets investment in the same year of 2019. In 2019, the output rate of land sales revenue of top 30 chemical industry parks is 5.97 billion yuan / square kilometer, the land profit output rate is 559 million yuan / square kilometer, and the land investment intensity is 7.09 billion yuan / square.
